I have a major crush on everything put out by Sukie! An adorable company out of Brighton, England run by Darrell & Julia Gibbs. They put out journals, notebooks, agendas, and various textiles (teatowels, cushions and hankerchiefs). All printed with great graphics. My two favs are the kids journal (I love the cat riding the various animals on the cover) and the gas station cushion.

I will be in a group show and the opening is this Saturday. The gallery is unfortunately closing, so this is the final hurrah for a great little space on the North side of Chicago. Come out if you can!

Lena has some fantastic melamine plates for sale in her shop. I am completely in love with the travel pattern plate. The tiny illustrations are just adorable! I really like the griffin. Is that a griffin? Well whatever it is, it makes me smile!
